  Low rating from me for a rushed sloppy job. I was cut when having a pedi which has left me with quite a deep gash, colour & paint was good until i left without a top coat being applied to the toes. My acrylics are sadly the worst i have ever had, poor shaping & had to file them down & repaint once i came home as they werent all the same length & slanted. They filed my nails down to match the tips that were far to small for the shape of my nail anyway and had to ask for 2 to be removed and reapplied with correct width as they pretty much sat 3/4 on my nail, had to ask twice for the tops of nails (acrylic) to be filed down as they were very thick and 'bulged' away from natural nail, even after leaving and having a proper inspection they are still too thick and wonky on the tops. Cut my fingers twice, where then he tutted and started to rush even more. Wasnt an option to wash hands before colour was applied or offered cream for hands after.
  I understand that it was a late walk-in appointment & they wanted to close but they should of turned me away if they didnt have enough time to do a half decent job & shouldnt start getting there coats and keys out ready before the last customer has left. Adam (he is the only reason they have received any stars from me) tried his hardest to correct his colleagues work but i wasnt even offered any discount for such a sloppy job which couldnt really be fixed. £51 completely wasted & absolutely gutted i dont have time to go somewhere else to get it all redone for my holiday. As someone in the beauty industry i hate leaving bad feedback as i know how damaging it can be & likewise if you do a good job i am a loyal customer who will spread good word wide & far, sorry but
  no return business for me and advise others to be cautious when visiting, low on hygiene & costumer service skills definetly need a scrub up.
